Idealab (Blastoff Corp. & James Cameron) – designed and fabricated the head module for a web-controlled lunar rover

Amateur Athletic Foundation–illustrated the 2001 edition of volleyball manual

Battlebots – designed and built a fighting robot

Licensed Characters/ Prototypes

§ `99-2001 Industrial Model & Design – Director of Development - lead sculptor, model maker & shop supervisor – licensed character sculpture includes Winnie the Pooh, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Rock`em-Sock`em Robots, Hot Wheels, Wild Thornberries, Max Steel

§ `97-99 Equity Marketing – freelance – prototype fabrication for a variety of licensed character products including Godzilla, Babe and Wishbone.

§ `93-97 Disney Consumer Products – freelance- sculpted prototypes for Sound & Story Theatres (Snow White, Little Mermaid, Lion King, Pocahontas) in addition to other product lines for licensees such as New England Collector’s Society, Berk Corp. and Processed Plastics.

§ `92-99 Emerson, Johnson & Mackay –freelance sculpture and fabrication for a wide range of industrial prototypes – licensed characters include Dilbert, Taz and Hello Kitty.

§ `98-99 Hot Buttered Elves – freelance – prototype product sculpture for such licensed characters as Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and Baby Looney Toons ( Bugs Bunny, Tweety, Sylvester, Daffy and Taz )

§ `93-95 Mattel – freelance – prototype product sculpture for such licensed characters as Ren & Stimpy, Snow White, DC comics

§ `90-2001 Additional product prototype development and sculpture for several less notable companies

 

Product Design

§ `89-91 Don Post Studios - staff designer - responsible for concept to completion of novelty Halloween products - worked directly with production staff on licenses including Star Wars, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dick Tracy, Robocop and Blockbuster Kids.

§ `94 Determined Productions – freelance – designed a series of Felix the Cat promotional toys for Wendy’s Kids Meal.

§ `90-2001 Involved with a number of individuals and small companies designing and developing a variety of independent products.

 

Conceptual Design/ Illustration

§ `96 Queen of Angels Prod. – "Angels Rest"- freelance – vehicle and spaceship design for 3D modeling.

§ `97 Poni & Powsley – art director – responsible for character design and layout of treatment for proposed children’s television show.

§ `95 T-Rex Dino World Cafι – freelance – designed overall layout and placement of animatronic, full-sized dinosaurs for theme restaurant.

§ `93-94 Museum of Miniatures – designed layout and displays for original facility - oversaw fabrication and installation.

§ `94-2001 Bing McCoy – freelance- design for a variety of 3D VR technologies and CD ROM games and Sega Gameworks

 

Entertainment Production Design

§ `95 Stargate Films – Production Designer –"Star Strike" CD ROM– coordinated variety of production, 3D modeling and art departments to ensure a consistent look for this video game – supervised miniature fabrication.

§ `96 Additional design for Stargate Films on "Surgical Strike" CD ROM and "Bug Busters " CD ROM

§ `94 "Mortal Kombat" the movie– story board artist – worked directly with the production designer and director designing monsters, backgrounds and visual FX sequences.
